Riding in Maremma...

When coming to Maremma you should try the extraordinary experience of an excursion on horseback. You will be accompanied by our experienced staff and you only need a small amount of previous practice to appreciate this great adventure. For those who are beginners, you can also enjoy a fun lesson "on the field" under the supervision of the experienced "buttero" Enrico Scolari. The excursions range from a minimum of two hours (€ 50.00 per person) to more complex programs, including rides through the Maremma Natural Park. The cost of a one-hour lesson is € 20.00 per person. Rent a motorcycle at Le Versegge

At Le Versegge you may rent a motorcycle at a cost of €90.00 a day with 200 km included in the price (full tank of fuel excluded). Over and above the 200 kilometres, a surcharge of €0,20 per kilometre applies. Each motorcycle includes Kasko insurance for a peaceful ride. A deposit of €150.00 is asked in advance. The activity can be paid directly at Le Versegge. We will be able to give you advice on all the possible itineraries that you may choose from. A special adventure on two wheels which deserves your attention!

Cooking Classes...

Upon request guests of Le Versegge may attend a cooking class for a closer contact with the Maremma and its wealth of natural, genuine and fresh foods. The session (in English) begins with a visit to the local market, where you can enjoy tasting “on the road” while choosing and buying the necessary ingredients for your meal. Once back, you’ll have fun preparing, in your own apartment, your Italian “banquet” with easy and yummy recipes, by the help of your “coach” Mrs. Olivieri. .
